噴涂工藝技術

陶瓷是一種化學穩(wěn)定性高，硬度高，耐磨損耐腐蝕的材料。常規(guī)的機械加工手段難以對陶瓷實施精細的制作加工。

激光的空間相干性很好，發(fā)散角小，方向性好，因此激光經透鏡聚焦形成的光斑上可以形成極高的能量的密度，這種方向性好、功率密度極高的激光束可以作為特殊的材料加工手段應用在陶瓷精細加工中來。激光雕刻陶瓷網紋輥是利用了激光所具有的特點，在計算機的控制下，在金屬基輥外園表面噴涂的一層陶瓷上汽化形成一只只網孔。由于激光功率的高穩(wěn)定性和計算機控制的高準確性，所形成孔穴可以做到大小深淺一致，網壁較厚且完整，網孔排列角準確。

        陶瓷網紋輥具有精確的計量功能。一方面表現在載墨量的大小可通過陶瓷網紋輥的線數來獲??；另一方面，對于同一線數的陶瓷網紋輥而言，還可以通過改變網穴深度或改變網穴開口與網墻的比值來得到不同的載墨量。同時，陶瓷網紋輥還具備以下特點：陶瓷層硬度超過HV1300，極好的耐磨性保證了計量功能的持久性，使用壽命長。陶瓷層化學穩(wěn)定性好，輥面耐腐蝕性極佳。圓形平滑網穴，存墨量大，釋墨性好。蜂巢形網穴排布，涂層均勻性好。網穴墻壁薄細堅硬，可獲得較均勻的印刷油墨或涂層?？山档铜h(huán)境污染，實現綠色環(huán)保印刷。

Ceramic is a kind of material with high chemical stability, high hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. 

        Conventional mechnical method is difficult to get the fine processing of ceramics. The spatial coherence of the laser is very good, with small divergence angle, and good direction, so the laser focused by a lens formed on the spot can be formed with high energy density of the laser beam. The laser engraving ceramic anilox roller is characterized in utility of the laser, by controlling of the computer the coated ceramic layer will be engraved with meshes.  

        Due to the high accuracy and high stability of the computer, the formed meshes in uniform depth, wall thickness and sequence.
